Send a photo. Most damage falls into one of five buckets: door dings (one or two small dents), hail (lots of small dents from a storm), creases (longer body-line dents from a cart or door edge), large dents (tree branches, sports impacts), or mobile fix (any of the above, but at your driveway). I'll tell you which tier and what it'll run with a written quote within 24–48 hours.

Three things rule out PDR: (1) cracked or chipped paint — once paint breaks, you need a body shop. (2) panels bent past metal memory — usually large collision damage. (3) dents in inaccessible areas like sealed seams or some sharp body lines. Some jobs belong at a body shop, and I tell you straight when yours does — on the spot, for free — and refer you to a body shop I'd send my own car to.

Yes — that's most of my work. A typical full-vehicle visit might include 30 hail dings, 2 door dings, and one body-line crease. Single quote, single appointment, single invoice. Bundle pricing is generally cheaper than a-la-carte because I'm already on-site.

Same hourly rate — only travel beyond the 30-mile Bethlehem radius adds a flat fee. For driveway, office lot, or dealership work within the Lehigh Valley, mobile costs the same as in-shop. The reason most full-vehicle hail jobs come to the shop isn't cost — it's the controlled lighting and overnight parking that big jobs need.

Not the way most shops mean it. Mike doesn't discount for fleet volume — dealer reconditioning runs at roughly half retail and that's not the business Dent Sorcery is being built into. Larger fleets get considered case by case at retail rates. Smaller fleets are billed standard retail. Same standard of work either way, but the price doesn't move with the number of cars.

Door dings and small jobs: usually within the week. Hail and full-vehicle work: 1–2 weeks out in normal months, longer (3–4 weeks) right after a major storm. Every job is scheduled in advance — no walk-in service. Fleet work is by referral only, fit in at retail rate. Text the shop a photo and you'll get a real slot offer within 24–48 hours.
